APANO

Challenge & Background
APANO faced a significant challenge in rebranding due to the bifurcation of its operations into two distinct entities: APANO Action Fund and APANO CUF. This transition required a comprehensive overhaul of their visual identity and digital presence. The primary objectives were to create a cohesive brand image that accurately represented both branches while ensuring the new website was accessible, easy to manage, and user-friendly.
This involved not only a visual rebrand but also a strategic approach to content migration and website redesign to enhance user engagement and streamline organizational communication.

Our Execution
We collaborated closely with APANO stakeholders to conduct in-depth brand identity interviews, which helped us understand their vision and goals. Our team performed comprehensive website technical assessments to identify areas for improvement and recorded the legacy sitemap to ensure a smooth transition.
This research informed the creation of new sitemaps, user journeys, and wireframes, leading to the development of approved mockups. Once these were finalized, we initiated the site development and content migration process, meticulously working to meet all specified requirements.

The Impact
Post launch, we provided comprehensive training sessions and detailed tutorial materials for internal staff on site management and maintenance.
